Guest Service Representative
The Hampton Inn, Pine Grove and the Holiday Inn, Jonestown are searching for a Guest Service Agent to work 2 night audits at the front desk of the Hampton Inn and to work 2 shifts at the Holiday Inn. Front Desk experience preferred but we are willing to train. Candidates must have your own dependable transportation. You will be responsible for greeting and registering the guests, providing outstanding guest service during their stay, and settling the guest’s account upon completion of their stay. Responsible for answering phones promptly and politely. Responsible for running reports required by management. Must present a personable, helpful, and professional image. Must be available to work on Weekends and Holidays. Please apply if interested.
