At the Caribe Royale, we are extremely excited about the expansion of the Grand Caribe Convention Center, the complete renovation of all 1,335 suites and villas, and a new lobby creating a new “arrival experience”. If you are excited, and passionate, about ensuring our guests have a memorable experience then this is a wonderful time to join the Caribe Royale family.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional guest service at all times
- Provide accurate answers to guest questions
- Route incoming calls to the correct associate and/or department
- Practice proper telephone etiquette at all times
- Take ownership of guest concerns until the matter is handed off to the correct associate/department
- Assume additional responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor
Job Qualifications:
- Previous PBX/Operator or call center experience preferred
- Must be comfortable sitting and speaking on the phone for an entire shift
- Able to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication skills
- Only candidates who meet the above qualifications will be considered
Hourly Rate: $16.50
