BayCare is currently in search of our newest Team Member who is passionate about providing outstanding customer service to our community. We are looking for an individual seeking a career opportunity with one of the largest employers within the Tampa Bay area.
The Guest Services Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day functions of the Guest Services team across multiple campuses and in coordination with multiple departments. Duties include:
- Supervises team members by overseeing the daily assignments and duties
- Monitors team member performance, attendance, behavior, customer service and technical skills
- Ensures staffing needs are met
- Resolves customer service concerns/complaints
- Makes regular rounds to all services and monitors work flow efficiency
- Investigates and resolves patient concerns/complaints
- Monitors team communication, team goals, and s patient access-related metrics
- Coaches and counsels team members as needed
- Performs other duties as assigned.
