SFX is looking for high energy, positive people to join our awesome team as Fulfillment Associate. You will work in a safe and organized printing, inserting, and metering production environment producing high-quality finished products.

Our Fulfillment Associate will:

• Assist in operation by handling mail that cannot be processed using machinery
• Stuff envelopes, assemble mailings
• Assist with metering
• Assist in scanning department
• Receive, sort, and scan incoming mail and client documents
• Assign scanned documents to appropriate digital department depending on client's requirements
• Collaborate daily with the Scanning Manager and Digital Mailroom Client Project Manager on client requests.
• Support the onboarding of new projects.
• Follow the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for each client

The successful candidate will be:

• Highly organized, with strong attention to detail
• Reliable, and have regular and consistent attendance
• Able to manage large workload, while producing quality work in a fast-paced environment with interruptions and deadlines
• Knowledgeable in basic math, fractions, and percentages
• Safety conscious with ability to perform job functions in a safe manner
• Communicate effectively with co-workers and supervisors; visually, orally, and in writing
• Self-directed, continually looking for ways to improve work, eager to learn and grow
• A team player, with a cooperative spirit

Physical Requirements Include:

• Frequently lift 10-20 lbs. and up to 50 lbs. occasionally
• Ability to stand 10-12 hours
• Bend, push and pull carts
