Now Hiring a Handyman/Maintenance Tech!
Looking for a "can do" handy person who is resourceful and enjoys a variety of projects. Are you someone who is not afraid to tackle new projects and learn new skills?
We have 3 properties - 2 commercial, 1 residential in need of regular maintenance.
The Handyman/Maintenance Tech performs routine, preventative maintenance, troubleshooting and repairs on all buildings, mechanical equipment, utility systems and outside yard and landscaping.
Light carpentry, landscaping, small engine maintenance, basic plumbing...every day will be different!
Must be dependable, self motivated, and able to pass a background check. Pay is negotiable based upon experience.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to $25.00 per hour
