The Lending Team is responsible for creating credit products and managing strategic client relationships that support Binance.US business objectives - (1) accelerate growth of Binance.US users; (2) increase Binance.US product and service offerings; (3) enable overall Binance.US platform and ecosystem growth; (4) enhance Binance.US financial profile. We are looking to add talented, driven, and mission-oriented individuals to help accelerate the adoption of cryptocurrency and increase the freedom of money.
What You'll Do
- Build and execute an effective credit product development strategy and team
- Lead the end to end origination and servicing process - determining funding sources, credit approvals, product structures, risk profiles, rates, recoveries, developing and negotiating commercial terms, identifying risks and ways to mitigate them, and driving the department’s execution
- Manage the operational performance of the lending team and related service providers, consisting of FinOps/Loan Servicing, Credit Underwriting, Structuring & Trading.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders (Sales, Legal, Finance, Risk, Marketing, Product, Engineering, etc.) to create efficiencies and automated systems.
- Develop new business opportunities across a variety of potential partners to increase market penetration, user acquisition, revenue, and other relevant metrics.
- Own credit underwriting and risk management, product launches, working with cross-functional teams across the firm to solve operational challenges, ensure we meet deadlines, contractual obligations, and client expectations.
- Set, track and report on performance metrics
What You'll Have
- Bachelor’s degree (Master’s degree is a plus)

- You have proven quantitative skills and a data-driven approach to decision making.

- You thrive in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
- 15+ years in credit / structuring / investment banking or asset management experience
- Crypto & TradFi experience is a plus
The starting base pay for this role is between $170,000 and $230,000 USD for all U.S. remote locations. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as: transferable skillsets, work experience, business needs and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
