Recruiter
Serenity Healthcare is currently hiring a Recruiter in our Lehi, UT Corporate Headquarters office. Our ideal candidate will possess a passion for impacting lives and our community. As a recruiter you will be responsible for the following:
- Identifying qualified candidates through various recruiting and sourcing strategies
- Delivering a superb candidate experience that begins with the initial phone call all the way through delivering and closing the offer
- Manage the full lifecycle recruiting process (candidate sourcing, screening, qualification evaluation, interviewing, and follow up) to facilitate the hire of qualified candidates
- Required to consistently hit weekly metric goals of phone calls, interviews, and placements
- Sourcing candidates using multiple platforms
Qualifications
- 6 months of recruiting experience (not required, but highly preferred)
- Should be proficient in computer applications like Microsoft products, social media tools, and with CRM/ applicant tracking systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
