Roseville Cardiology is a well-established and prestigious private practice organization that offers elevated cardiac care to patients. We've been in practice for 40 years and have offices in Lincoln and Auburn with our main office and testing department in Roseville. We're expanding and looking for highly motivated individuals who possess integrity and grit to help ensure our operation is running smoothly so that our physicians can focus on caring for patients.

Pay for this position will depend upon experience. Annual 5% cost-of-lilving guarantee.

The Healthcare Administrative Supervisor is at the core of our front-end operation and oversees the day-to-day from reception to check-out. Not only is this role critical to the daily operational efficiently, but the role is also vital to the warmth and customer service that encompasses the patient experience. Primary responsibilities will include staffing offices and spearheading the oversight of daily work assigned to the department.

Skills for this role are generally accumulated in 3+ years of supervisory or management experience in a medical office setting. Strong understanding and familiarity with Epic EMR is the key to success in this role. Confidence, interpersonal skills, great communication (both verbal and non-verbal) and resiliency are the core defining attributes of someone who will excel in this role.
