Reliable Contracting Company, Inc., has an opening for a Heavy Utility Installation (Water & Sewer) Foremen at our Gambrills, Maryland headquarters.

Job Description - Utility Foreman

• Utility foreman is highly motivated with strong communication skills and able to work in a team atmosphere.
• Applicant must have three (3) years prior work related experience as a utility foreman, installing water, sewer and storm drain main lines.
• The Heavy Utility Installation Foreman must be able to read plans and grade sheets, and must be able to set manholes and storm drain structures.
• The Heavy Utility Installation Foreman must be willing to commute to job sites within central and southern Maryland.
• The Foreman must be able to lead a crew, manage individuals, perform administrative duties and communicate in a professional manner.
• The Heavy Utility Installation Foreman should be well versed on OSHA and MOSHA guidelines and able to operate their crew in a safe and productive manner.
• Applicant MUST have a valid U.S. driver's license, and clean driving record. A company vehicle will be provided.

This is a full time, day position, with some evening and weekend work. Weekly Hours vary with weather conditions. Applicant must be willing to commute to job sites within central and southern Maryland. The weekly salary will be discussed at time of interview.

Knowledge and Experience

· This position is not an entry-level job, as it requires demonstrable previous experience as a utility foreman.

· High School Diploma or equivalent (GED), or trade school preferred.
