The following Coaching position is available for the 2022-2023 School Year:

HIGH SCHOOL SWIM – BOYS ASSISTANT COACH

Required Qualifications:

§ Middle School or High School Coaching Experience

§ CAP 1 or PACE Certification

§ Active Member of Michigan School Coaches Association (MSCA)

§ Demonstrated Success in Coaching at the High School Level

Preferred Qualifications:

§ One or more of the following in preferential order:

§ At Least 5 years of Previous Coaching Experience

§ High School Diploma

§ Ability to work with students, parents, and school administrators in developing a successful program.

§ College course work in coaching/sponsoring activity.\

§ Such alternatives to the above that would indicate probable success as a coach/sponsor and is acceptable to the Administration.

§ Ability and willingness to perform the duties described in the job description for that sport/activity.

§ Ability to successfully pass a background check.

§ Ability to successfully pass the District basic employment skills test

* Qualified candidates represented by Lakeview Education Association shall be given preference for employment.

Compensation:

§ Salary in accordance with the Teachers Master Agreement
