The primary responsibility of this position is to hire Brand Ambassadors as per the company policies and the standard labor practices.

Process job applications for Consumer Connector position by strictly following the guidelines provided and the standard labor practices.

· Post job openings at various job boards

· Review job applications, communicate with and assist applicants when needed.

· Review and process applicant documents to make sure all applicant documents are state and federally compliant and uploaded/saved in the appropriate locations

· Interview job applicants

· Collect and process W-4, I-9 and Jurat forms as per the labor standards.

· Provide all new hire documents to each and every new hire

· Collect receipts of acknowledgement from Brand Ambassadors for all required documents.

· Prepare and schedule new hires for their first event.

· Assist with staffing events when needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00 - $24.00 per hour
