Duration: 12+ Months(contract)

Work Hours: M- F 8- 5 up to 40 hours but can do part time based on candidates needs

• We would be willing to do PT or FT with the right candidate
• Not a remote position - Telework may be available in the future
• FL-DCF- Daytona Beach-Office Support Worker/Hiring Specialist
• ***Must have Valid Driver's License (Travel is required to attend off-site job fairs, interviews and meeting as needed)
• Participates as interview panel member to ensure job requirements and expectations are clearly understood and candidates are assessed against appropriate criteria.
• Assists in New Hire Orientation.
• Maintains internal database to include, but not limited to, open position report, time to fill, and notification to the Statewide Advertising team for disposition of applicants.
• Actively participates in staffing related activities and engages in cross functional projects as assigned.
• Performs other related duties as required.

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelors degree or 4 years of Human Resources related experience in recruitment and hiring
• Proven knowledge and experience in recruitment and selection activities; and
• Experience with determining candidate eligibility; and
• Hands-on experience with People First Applicant Tracking System; and
• Valid Driver’s License (Travel is required to attend off-site job fairs, interviews and meetings as needed).
• Experience scheduling/conducting candidate interviews
• Experience finding and creating talent pools
• Experience creating employment hiring packets

Job Types: Part-time, Full-time, Contract

Pay: $17.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
