CHI St. Alexius Health is a regional health network with a tertiary hospital in Bismarck, the system also consists of critical access hospitals (CAHs) in Carrington, Dickinson, Devils Lake, Garrison, Turtle Lake, Washburn and Williston and numerous clinics and outpatient services. CHI St. Alexius Health manages four CAHs in North Dakota - Elgin, Linton, and Wishek, as well as Mobridge Regional Medical Center in Mobridge, S.D. CHI St. Alexius Health offers a comprehensive line of inpatient and outpatient medical services, including: a Level II Trauma Center, primary and specialty physician clinics, home health and hospice services, durable medical equipment services, a fitness and human performance center and ancillary services throughout western and central North Dakota.

**THIS POSITION IS AT THE GREAT PLAINS REHAB SERVICES **

Under the guidance of the Assistant Director, the HME Technician II provides technical support and assistance in the HME department. These duties include but are not limited to; assisting customers, stocking, processing of equipment, pulling equipment and supplies, delivery of equipment and supplies, and freight in and out.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:- Performs the rotating of stock to avoid out dates on the shelves
- Receive all home medical equipment supplies and process within two days of shipment arriving at GPRS.
- Process all outgoing shipments from GPRS within specified time and to correct address as notated on sales order.
- Maintains the special order turnaround time by assuring all orders are filled as soon as freight is delivered to GPRS.
- Performs and documents cleaning and maintenance of all GPRS owned equipment as to manufacturer guidelines by assisting in soiled room for no less than two hours per week.
- Communicate all changes to HME Supervisor on a weekly basis regarding changes to inventory bin locations, adjustments to inventory par levels, and item number changes.
- Returns are sent back to vendors within one week of being placed on the designated return shelf.

- High School diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license.
