Join the Prestige Home Health Care Team as Scheduling Coordinator, where you will coordinate between our clients and caregiver, and ensure our patients receive the best care they deserve.

Responsibilities

  • Match, and schedule caregivers with patients based on skill level, Availability, and Customer Requirements.
  • Accept incoming requests for new Homecare services.
  • Provide Customer Service and accommodate the patients and caregivers needs.

Qualification

  • High school diploma (preferred)
  • Spanish Speaking (Preferred)
  • Good computers skills (Microsoft Word / Excel), and ability to learn and operate scheduling and training systems
  • Able to multitask and meet tight deadlines
  • Detail-orientated and organized
  • strong communication skills (written & verbal)
