Join the Prestige Home Health Care Team as Scheduling Coordinator, where you will coordinate between our clients and caregiver, and ensure our patients receive the best care they deserve.
Responsibilities
- Match, and schedule caregivers with patients based on skill level, Availability, and Customer Requirements.
- Accept incoming requests for new Homecare services.
- Provide Customer Service and accommodate the patients and caregivers needs.
Qualification
- High school diploma (preferred)
- Spanish Speaking (Preferred)
- Good computers skills (Microsoft Word / Excel), and ability to learn and operate scheduling and training systems
- Able to multitask and meet tight deadlines
- Detail-orientated and organized
- strong communication skills (written & verbal)
