We are seeking a Home Care Coordinator to help manage the office for Northern Lights Home Health Care.

This position is based out of the Sparx Building in Canton. Responsibilities include supporting company operations by maintaining office systems and supervising staff including, but not limited to Home Health Aides and Personal Care Aides.

Applicants must have a mininum of five years experience in a business office setting or three years of experience if they have an Associate’s Degree or higher in Business Administration.

Candidates must be able to work with all levels of management and employees, and have the ability to work with confidential materials while maintaining confidentiality.

Attention to detail and organization skills are essential, as is the ability to work with little direct supervision and juggle multiple tasks.

Applicants must be able to pass a physical, which includes lifting up to 50 pounds. There is some risk for exposure to communicable disease and/or bodily fluids. PPE will be provided.
