Home Care Scheduling Manager for our new office located in Pottsville, PA!

Due to expansion, and significant growth our Non-Medical Division is seeking an aggressive candidate for a skies the limit opportunity. This position will be a salaried position paid weekly. Our non-medical division focuses on delivering non-medical, personal care to our customers in their home. Our direct care workers/home health aides help our customers with Activities of Daily Living such as dressing, bathing, grooming, and meal prep so they can continue to live independently in the comforts of their own home. Services are available 24 hours a day; 7 days a week.

As a Scheduling Coordinator you will:
  • Provide superior customer service and quality home care
  • Build lasting relationships with clients, referral sources, payers, and community organizations
  • Coordinate client services and manage scheduling issues
  • Manage your Client Services Manager caseload while productively growing it
  • Develop strong, communicative relationships with the team
  • Interview, hire, and orient reliable and compassionate caregivers
Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in scheduling/human resources/customer service experience required.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Must be able to multi task in a fast paced environment
Requirements:
  • Must possess excellent Microsoft Office skills
  • Prior experience in scheduling, home care/healthcare preferred
  • Extremely well organized with the ability to multi task
  • Demonstrate excellent/inter-personal skills
