Suma Home Care is a licensed and accredited home health agency that provides a range of high quality skilled and non-skilled services for the Philadelphia and Eastern PA community for over 10 years.
We are looking for an individual who understands the importance of client/interpersonal relationships and balancing the demands of the job with a more personal touch. You will have the ability to make all high-level decisions independently, with additional high-level support available to you if you need it.

Qualifications
- Associates Degree Required, Preferably Healthcare Related
- At least (5) years of Home Healthcare or Home Care Supervisory Experience Required
- At least (5) years of HHA Exchange (Home Health Agency Exchange) Experience Required
- At least (3) years of EVV Coordination (Electronic Visit Verification) Experience Required
- RN, LPN, or other professional education, training, and or experience in healthcare or Home Health Required
Responsibilities include:
- Responsible for overall management of the Agency, including all day-to-day operations
- Hiring, Training, and Supervising of all staff (administrative, direct care workers)
- Managing performance and disciplining of all administrative staff and direct care workers
- Requesting, recording/tracking, and storage of all required proof of training and certifications for all employees (administrative, direct care workers)
- Ensuring compliance with all PA state and federal laws and maintain proper licensure for the Agency each Renewal period
- Manages Patient and Employee records accessibility for all inquiries and to ensure necessary parties have access day-to-day.
- Sets or adopts policies for and keeps records of criteria for admission to service, case assignments and case management
- Completes incident reports and ensure proper safety processes are being followed at all times
- Notifies family, POA, or Patient Representative of needs or any problems
- Ensures quality Patient care is provided consistent with Policies adopted or created and their effective dates
- Has ability to travel as needed and be able to use their own vehicle to travel
- Must maintain a valid driver’s license and auto insurance coverage
- Maintains privacy and confidentiality of all records, conditions, and other information relating to clients, employees and facility
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40.00 - $45.00 per hour
