United Health Services is seeking a Home Health Aide to join UHS Senior Living at Ideal, NY. This is a BENEFITS-ELIGIBLE for Full time position.

Shift: Days, Evenings, Nights, Rotating, ETC

Home Health Aide

Position Overview

Provides personal care and expanded scope of task activities to patients, under the direction of the Licensed Home Care Services Agency (LHCSA) Registered Professional Nurses. Provides rehabilitative exercises under the supervision of the Twin Tier Rehabilitation Therapists. Reports to Home Health Aide Supervisor for guidance and assignment and to Twin Tier Registered Professional Nurses for supervision of patient care.

Position Qualifications

Minimum Required:

• Completion of NYSDHD approved training program for certified Home Health Aide.

License/Certification

Preferred Driver’s License

Help the residents with daily tasks such as grooming and hygiene

Help residents with meals

Help Residents with transportation if needing assistance
