Job description

We are seeking a Caregiver, Home Care Aide, to become a part of our team! You will provide routine care to patients at the patient's home. Tuesday - Friday AND Sunday. Position will be off Monday and Saturday

Responsibilities:

• Provide routine individualized care to the elderly or persons with disabilities
• Monitor and report changes in patient health status
• Provide personal care, such as bathing and dressing patients
• Provide light housework, such as meal prep, laundry and cleaning

Qualifications:

• Experience in hospice, home health, or other related fields is preferred, but not required
• Positive and patient demeanor
• Ability to build rapport with patients
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Reliable transportation, valid drivers license
• Ability to pass background checks
