#UpTownConcierge is growing and our clients are looking for a Rockstar Assistant Home Manager!!

Families in the Buckhead/Brookhaven areas of Atlanta have an immediate need for a top-notch Assistant Home Manager to work in-person on their household and personal needs. The ideal candidate will have a head for details and a love for organizing!
Assistant Home Managers fill the gap between parent, housekeeper, and nanny. Their primary responsibilities include; ensuring the house is running smoothly, performing household tasks, keeping on top of routine chores, and running personal errands.
The position will start out as part-time, with 1 family, but has the potential to expand to more hours with multiple families.
Assistant Home Manager services for UpTown Concierge clients include:
- Identifying and executing various daily household tasks needed
- Laundry
- Ironing
- Dishes
- General tiding of the house
- Wipe down all counters & sink basins
- Make ALL beds
- Bring in mail, newspaper, compost/recycle/trash bins
- Mailing services (post office, FedEx, UPS, Amazon returns)
- Keep an inventory of household items for clients (beverages, cleaning and laundry supplies) and inform when reordering is needed. Once order is received, restock as needed
- Shop/Instacart household items as needed
- Continuously assess workflow & processes in the home to achieve optimal efficiency
Requirements:
- Strong work ethic, reliable, punctual, and honest. Practical and efficient
- This is a LONG-TERM position; reliable and trustworthy applicants only
- Leaders with a strong eye for detail and an appreciation for visual aesthetics, and the joy it brings families
- Highly organized, meticulous, detail-oriented, and thorough. Able to multitask and prioritize well
- Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Positive attitude, team player, capable of working well with moms, and enjoy working with women
- Must have integrity in their work; be a self starter, remain focused and motivated until jobs are completed to satisfaction
- Personal vehicle and ability to drive for errands
- Live in or near metro Atlanta (families in Buckhead/Brookhaven), and able to work in-person, in family’s homes
- Vault-like ability to maintain confidentiality and be ultra discreet. Must maintain strictest level of confidences
- Comfortable with iPhone or Android, including texting, camera phone, and smartphone apps
Preferred Availability: 8AM-4PM, Mon-Fri
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
- High School Diploma/Equivalent (Required)
- Driver's License + Reliable/Accessible Transportation (Required)
- I9 eligible/US work authorization (Required)
- 1 year Personal Assistant, Hospitality experience, Family office, Professional Home Management, Cleaning, Organization Experience (Preferred)
Covid Protocols/Policies:
- Masks are required (Upon request of the client)
- Vaccinations, although preferable for some, are not a requirement at UpTown Concierge for employment
Benefits:
- Compensation: $18-25/hr DOE
