SummitStone Health Partners has an exciting opportunity for a Clinical Program Supervisor in our Homeless and Housing Programs. The Housing Services Team members are an integral part of SummitStone and our Northern Colorado community, working closely with a myriad of other organizations to provide essential supportive services to ensure people experience success in subsidized housing. This means going into the community (and sometimes into people's homes) to help facilitate accessibility to services. A strong understanding of substance use disorders and serious mental health issues is essential.
