LogiQminds is looking for a person in this role who should be organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage their time effectively to ensure that all responsibilities are met on a daily basis. They should also be able to communicate clearly and effectively with teachers, parents, and students to build positive relationships and maintain open lines of communication. As a background, we at LogiQminds offer after-school supplemental education that actively teaches students from K to high school in Academics, Robotics and Future Essentials ( Communication, Entrepreneurship). Our various programs offer a customized and productive learning environment through our tailored curriculum and small class sizes. We are looking for passionate & creative people.

Responsibilities:

• Check in with teachers on a daily basis to confirm that homework has been assigned and record the homework assignments in a centralized system.
• Reach out to parents on a regular basis to remind them to ensure their kids have completed their homework.
• Serve as a point of contact between parents, teachers, and students to ensure that everyone is on the same page and that any issues or concerns are addressed in a timely manner.
• Schedule and administer quarterly assessments for all students, recording the results in a centralized system and communicating the results to parents and teachers.
• Coordinate with teachers and parents to schedule parent-teacher conferences on a regular basis, ensuring that all parties are able to attend and that any necessary preparations are made.
