We are looking for a Hospital Housekeeper to join our
Baptist Clay, Environmental Services team. This position is a part-time, day shifts opportunity with weekday hours of 12:00 PM - 8:30 PM, and with rotating weekends, weekend hours of 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, and rotating holidays. The Hospital Housekeeper is responsible for maintaining a safe and healthy environment for our patients, visitors, and staff.
Shift Details:
Hospital Housekeeper General Responsibilities:
- Environmental Technician position maintains a clean environment throughout the medical center by routine and discharge cleaning assigned areas.
- Performing basic cleaning functions in assigned areas following established schedules and using prescribed methods.
- Maintaining assigned equipment for cleanliness and recommends repairs as needed.
- Performing all other tasks which may be assigned.
Baptist Health is proud to utilize state of the art UV Disinfection Technology via UV Robotic Machines. These machines break down the DNA of germs in the hospital environment before manual cleaning of an area is performed, keeping our team members and patients better protected.
