Hospitality Manager – FULL-TIME. First Presbyterian Church, Colorado Springs, Colorado.

First Pres First Pres is a 3,100 member, 5-generation congregation in the heart of Colorado Springs. We are looking for an individual with high standards of excellence and commitment to hospitality who can create welcoming environments. This person will recruit, train, and deploy volunteer teams, especially around Sunday morning worship. This person will also assess all environments with first-time visitors in mind and attend to way-finding and next steps. Education Requirements:

• High school diploma required.
• Bachelor degree from an accredited institution in Hospitality, Events Planning, Communications, Business, Marketing, Organizational Development or related content preferred.

Experience and Desired Traits:

• Professes Jesus Christ as Savior and Lord.
• Demonstrates ongoing, prayerful and personal relationship with Jesus Christ.
• Demonstrates loyalty and commitment to team building with staff and volunteer teams
• Professionally organized with ability to prioritize.
• Ability to ensure confidentiality and discretion.
• Minimum of 2 – 4 years working in a team environment engaged in hospitality, event planning and related logistics or general human resources management.
• Experience and love for working in fast-paced, dynamic environments with ability to be flexible.
• Experience in conflict management.
