Roasters N’ Toasters Team Members provide amazing service for our guests and work well with all of our team members.

Counter / To Go Specialist Job Details:

The Counter/To Go Specialist takes pride in providing exceptional service to our guests. This exceptional guest service is performed while managing to complete all duties of this position and demonstrating strong teamwork.

Demonstrates excellent communication skills with guests as well as with all team members and management. Must be able to communicate well over the phone, providing our guests with clear suggestions and finalizing all calls with accuracy in order taking.

Busser Job Details:

Bussers will take pride in dining room cleanliness, assuring all tables are bussed and re-set with tableware within the standard time frame. Bussers keep up with floors, garbage cans, bathroom duties, and help with dishes being put out for use. Also, bussers are usually our first greeters to our guest by offering our signature pickles & coleslaw.

Demonstrates strong teamwork with all areas of the restaurant. Smiles and communicates with guests on a friendly professional level. Bussers are strong in time management, balancing table time with also closing or opening duties. Bussers help put up various truck deliveries and help with organizing storage areas of the restaurant.

· Strong focus on detailed cleanliness

· Able to take direction, multi-tasking, organizational skills

· Ability to stand, bend reach and walk for long periods of time

· Ability to lift up to 40lbs

· Perform opening and closing set procedures

· Maintain stock and inventory control

· Provide guest with assistance in a professional and timely manner

· Maintain cleanliness and organization in all working areas

· Prepare food items for guest

· Maintain a customer service mentality at all times

· Perform additional duties as assigned

Education/Experience:

· High School Diploma/GED

· Knowledge of food preparation and food equipment

· Food Handlers Card is preferred but will be required to receive one after employed
