HOST must abide by new Covid-19 Rules
We count on our Host / Hostess / Greeter for a number of duties.
Friday - Saturday 5PM - 10PM
The Host / Hostess / Greeter is responsible for cheerfully greeting the guests, escorting them to their table, providing them with a menu, and answering any preliminary questions.

• Manage the customer experience.
• Keep the dining room clean/bus some tables
• Reservations and Walk-in lists – YELP reservations
• Follow company policies and applicable laws.
• Monitor table rotations.
• Keep track of prepared tables for new guests.
• Answer the phone, taking reservations, and in some cases managing take-out orders.

Follow new restrictions on Covid-19 seating that change daily.

Restaurant Host / Hostess / Greeter is generally offered as a part time restaurant job.
Prior experience as host, hostess, greeter, maitr' d, matradee, maitres d, or other part time restaurant job highly desirable.

Requirements/Responsibilities

• Some experience is preferred, but we will train the right person
• Must dress in a professional manner that is appropriate for Cubanitas
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Spanish speaking a plus
• Basic computer skills required; familiarity with scheduling software and YELP RESERVATION is a plus.
• A warm and outgoing personality with a passion for food and customer service
• Must have a commitment to deliver a unique and memorable guest experience
• Punctual, patient, and mindful
