Job description

The Maintenance Worker team member is responsible in the preparation for occupancy and the overall maintenance of Hotels, and monitoring all life safety equipment. This position ensures the completion of all work tasks in a safe and efficient manner, in accordance with company safety standards.

Responsibilities and Duties

Responsibilities: * Assist in the preparation of Hotel rooms for occupancy

*General Maintenance Tasks

*Assist with Banquet set up's and break downs.

Respond to service requests * Performs maintenance and repairs on electrical, plumbing, HVAC systems, as well as small and large appliances * Maintain pools and spa area * Modest carpentry work as needed * Interior and exterior painting as needed * Strong verbal communication skills * Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds

Qualifications and Skills

Qualifications: * HVAC Experience *Experience in hotel maintenance or related field preferred * Strong verbal communication skills * Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

MUST BE ABLE TO WORK WEEKENDS AND HOLIDAYS.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)
