Job description
The Hotel Sales Administrator will provide administrative support to the Executive Vice President of Hotel Operations, Corporate Director of Sales and Revenue Management, and Corporate Revenue Manager.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Hotel Operations
  • Provides administrative support to the Hotel Corporate Sales Team, Operations team, Customers and Vendors.
  • Ability to learn Marriott and Hilton Property Management Systems and Intranet.
  • Access and distribute various daily, weekly, and monthly sales and operational reports.
  • Updating the Delphi system by taking calls, entering leads, and facilitating distribution of reports.
  • Assist with preparing, execution, and follow-up for weekly revenue management sales calls.
  • Coordinates meetings with external clients (vendors, interviews, etc.)
  • Coordinates and supports performance reviews, meeting notes, follow-up, credit card reconciliation.
REQUIREMENTS:
  • High School diploma; college preferred.
  • A background in the Hospitality industry is preferred, but not required.
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail with ability to prioritize tasks to meet goals.
  • Intermediate computer proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams with the ability to learn other industry-specific software.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license and proper insurance coverage for business related travel.
