ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Associate’s degree Required
Bachelors degree Preferred
Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
Basic Life Support (BLS) 30 days
Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) 30 days
Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) 30 days
Neonatal Resuscitation Provider (NRP) 30 days
Handle with care or equivalent within 90 days
TNCC preferred
ENPC preferred
Specialty certification preferred
BLS ACLS PALS TNCC instructors preferred
Kentucky RN state licensure or compact licensure required
