Job Title: House Supervisor - RN

Duration: 13 weeks
Shifts: 12-hour shifts, 6:30pm-7:00am/6:30am-7:00pm mostly nights with some days. 72 hours in a two week period.
Guaranteed Hours a week: 36

• A competent registered nurse who assumes responsibility for coordination and direction of activities on the nursing units and other departments in the absence of the Nursing Director and Administration.

Represents nursing leadership by exhibiting professional behavior.

• Supervises staff providing general nursing care.
• Works independently as well as functioning as a team member.
• Provides high quality nursing services to the following customer populations: Patients, Employees, Administration, Management, Physicians, and Visitors.
• Actively supports and participates in shared governance.
• Maintains current knowledge of regulatory standards and evidence-based practices and ensures compliance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in nursing practice
• Supervisory experience required
• BLS and ACLS Certifications required.
• Must have an active RN license in Iowa.
• Prefer Critical Care experience
• EMR: Cerner
• Must be fully covid vaccinated
