SHIFT: Days (rotating weekends)
SCHEDULE: Part-time

Good Samaritan Hospital is a 474 bed acute care hospital in the heart of Silicon Valley, with two locations, the main campus in San Jose, California and the Mission Oaks campus in Los Gatos, California. Schedule: 0.5 (20 hours per week), Shift: Days with alternating weekends.
POSITION SUMMARY:
According to established procedures and under direct supervision cleans, sanitizes, organizes and services the facility building areas in order to maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation throughout the hospital.

Qualifications

Knowledge, skills and abilities:
Ability to understand and communicate in English and to follow verbal instructions when following work assignments, to read in order to interpret labels when preparing cleaning solutions and efficiently follow work assignments, and to write in order to complete activity logs and participate in in-service education training sessions.
Interpersonal skills necessary to be courteous to patients, visitors and staff while performing housekeeping tasks.
Ability to concentrate and pay attention to detail.
