HOUSEKEEPERS NEEDED!!! ($20-$30/HR) (Tucson)

Zona Housekeeping is a local residential and commercial cleaning referral agency here in Tucson, AZ. We are engaging, professional and very supportive to our customers in providing them the best services available locally. Our goal is to deliver an outstanding experience whether it's their first time booking with us or with our recurring customers.
We are looking for a thorough housekeeper with excellent cleanliness standards to attend our residential customers. Our goal is to enhance customer experience by listening to our customers needs and setting proper expectations.

Responsibilities

Clean all major areas of the home (will provide cleaning checklist based off customer requests)
Deliver excellent customer service
Log into booking app and record all serviced homes
Handle reasonable guests requests that fall within job duties
Create your own schedule weekly to confirm availability for jobs
Comply with health and safety regulation and treat homes as theirs

Expectations

This is not a full time employment position. We are looking for current housekeepers with their own transportation and equipment. Zona Housekeeping is a referral agency that prides in finding you premium and high paying opportunities for our cleaners but we are currently overwhelmed by the jobs we are receiving for our small crew, we do all the marketing, advertising, sales calls and find jobs for you. This is a great opportunity for an established cleaner looking for more work, you control your schedule, we book you jobs based only on your availability, you just show up with a pre determined checklist of what needs to be done per the customers requests, it's that straight forward.

Skills
Proven working experience in relevant field (+1Yr of cleaning experience required)
Ability to work independently and remain motivated
Helpful with customer service
Prioritization and time management skills (You work at your own pace)
Professionalism along with speed and attention to detail
Knowledge of English language

Pay: From $20-30 per hour
All of our cleaners get paid WEEKLY!

Requirements:

Smartphone, will need to access booking app to interact with job details and schedule
Reliable form of transportation
Your own cleaning supplies. We have a list of recommendations if needed but you are the expert and we trust your judgement.
