Job Title: Rapid Transition Housing Program – Housing Specialist - Full-Time
Job Summary: The Housing Specialist will report to the Director of Independent Living Services and will work collaboratively with the Rapid Transition Housing Program (RTHP) Independent Living Specialist. It is the responsibility of the RTHP Housing Specialist to assist individuals who are unstably housed, or are wishing to work towards independence, locate and obtain safe and accessible housing. The RTHP Housing Specialist will also be responsible for cultivating and maintaining a database of community service providers and landlords, as well as collaboration with community service agencies.
