The Lockheed Martin RMS Human Resources team provides human capital support that aligns with the priorities of the business. In this key HRBP opportunity, the selected candidate will provide human resources support to several RMS functions including Security and Enterprise Performance, as well as support to the Program Manager for recruiting, hiring, and delivering the Program Management Rotational Program (PMRP).
Partnering with the RMS HR function lead, the successful candidate will be a champion of Lockheed Martin's culture and values, consulting with business leaders on strategic initiatives, working with employees and cross-functional groups to solve complex organizational challenges, and be an integral part of the client's leadership team.
The HRBP will provide cohesive leadership and support to leaders and employees, including coaching, guidance and counsel in the areas of: workforce planning, organizational design, labor cost management, positive employee relations, talent management and leadership development, promotion planning, compensation, benefits, investigations and disciplines, employee engagement and performance management, EEO and diversity, HR metrics and analytics.
As a trusted human capital advisor, the HRBP must build strong relationships, partner closely with the business, and serve as a change agent, leader coach and employee advocate. The successful candidate will have excellent written/verbal communication skills, the ability to multi-task and manage their time effectively.
Some travel may be required.

Basic Qualifications:
- Broad HR functional skills, for example, (Staffing, Employee Relations, Compensation, Labor Relations or other) developed through practical experience
- Experience in employee investigations; performance management; strong communication & influencing skills
- Ability to maintain company and employee confidentiality and handle sensitive proprietary information in the appropriate manner
- Prior HRBP experience
- HR certification
- Ability to collaborate and partner with HR Community and business leaders
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including the ability to develop and analyze metrics
