As an HR Coordinator, you will be responsible for recruiting and record keeping needs that will lead to the success of Retail Rebel/RevLogical LLC. In this role, the HR Coordinator works with the HR Generalist on all recruiting tasks including writing job descriptions, scheduling interviews, creating and maintaining online job postings, and more. This position requires a positive, task driven individual who enjoys working with a wide variety of people.

Job Duties

  • Create and maintain Job Descriptions
  • Assess staffing needs and apply prioritization to order of recruiting and hiring
  • Schedule and complete interviews for potential hires
  • Work with Temp Staffing Agencies for temporary placements
  • Create and maintain employee records
  • Assist with organization and administration of record-keeping
  • Assist with offer letters and communication between Managers/Supervisors and new employees
  • Onboarding tasks as assigned
  • Work with the HR Generalist on additional administrative tasks

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Advanced time management, critical thinking, and decision-making skills
  • Excellent level of professionalism, and acute attention to detail in all areas of responsibilities
  • Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
  • Strong teamwork ethics
  • Excellent ability to multi-task, prioritize, and problem solve in a busy, fast paced environment
  • Superb people skills in mentoring, coaching/counseling, motivation, performance management, and employee relations
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google G-Suite Workspace

Requirements:

Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, preferred
  • At least (1) year of HR Recruiting, preferred
  • Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, as well as employee relations practices and principles, preferred
  • Proficiency with Paylocity HRIS and talent management system, preferred
