Human Resources Coordinator
This position is a combined role of HR Coordinator and Receptionist. It is the first impression of the organization for all internal and external guests, through telephone and face to face contact. The HR Coordinator is responsible for all day-to-day activities on The Hub, our internal intranet and employee engagement platform including posting content, promoting employee engagement and testing new functionality. This role will regularly assist with the promotion and execution of Human Resources programs as well as maintaining employee records.

The base salary range for this role is $35,000-$45,000.

Summary of Primary Responsibilities
  • Properly answer incoming calls, screen and redirect using multi line telephone system.
  • Welcome on-site visitors, determine nature of business and announce visitors to appropriate personnel or department for escort into building.
  • Observe safety and security procedures. Report potentially unsafe situations.
  • Solicit and add content to Corporate Intranet site. Work with internal authors on new and existing content to ensure it is easily understood and up-to-date.
  • Administer HR programs such as education reimbursement and gift match. Code and track invoices and obtain the necessary approvals.
  • Image employee documents for storage in electronic employee files.
  • Assist with on-site wellness programming.
  • Assist HR Manager in coordinating site-wide events such as annual Health & Wellness Fair, food drives, and various other employee events.
  • Maintain and update Standard Work, Emergency and Reception Binders as needed.
  • Create and provide training materials for backups.
  • Perform other administrative duties as needed including assisting with departmental projects.
Minimum Experience Requirements
  • 1-3 years’ experience in Human Resources
  • Maintain strict confidentiality
