Working alongside other HR Operations Representatives and with a focus on data integrity, responsible for entering and providing support for employee life-cycle and termination transactions, and providing general HR support for HRIS transactions across the University System of New Hampshire.

Other minimum qualifications
  • Associate degree and 3 years of professional experience in HR or a related field, or combination of higher education and professional experience equivalent to 5 years. Three additional years of experience may replace the Associate degree requirement.
  • Proficiency with standard technology platforms (e.g., word processing, data entry, email, internet browsing, etc.).
  • Prior experience with or capacity to quickly learn navigation of HRIS systems.
  • Knowledge of basic mathematics.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills that result in resolution of issues/concerns in a timely manner.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy within a fast paced environment
  • Ability to work with and maintain confidential staff data and information.
  • Ability to communicate clearly, concisely, accurately, and professionally, both verbally and in writing.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and desire to work in a collaborative environment with System and institutional leaders, as well as colleagues within HR. Ability to work within a team environment.
  • Process improvement capability and flexibility to find better solutions to complete the work.
