Job Description

YRCI is seeking full-time HR Specialists to support our HR Remote Operations Center (HRROC™), located in Fairfax, VA. YRCI’s HRROC™ is a Shared Service Center that supports multiple Federal agencies and offers a friendly, collaborative team environment with access to training from industry experts!

Although the YRCI home office is located in Fairfax, VA, this position is fully remote.

    • Submit HR related tickets and actions for classification, recruitment and processing.
    • Support the hiring manager in the classification of Position Descriptions (PD).
    • Assist the hiring manager in the development of job analyses prior to submission to HR for recruitment.
    • Support the hiring manager in the strategic conversation to establish the most effective recruitment methods.
    • Utilize HR systems to submit Personnel Action Request (PAR( actions to HR for processing.
    • Track, collect, and develop data and information for one or more of the following areas:
      • HR related data calls
      • A-123 payroll audits
      • HR related audits
      • Performance appraisal audits
    • Support onboarding and off boarding of employee’s activities such as:
      • Ensuring paperwork is completed.
      • Entering employees into Employee Manager database.
      • Assisting with badge appointments, network access, GFE issuance.
      • Coordinating exit activities (badge collection, debriefings, CD-126).
Job Requirements
  • Must be a US Citizen
  • Apply and interpret Federal HR laws, policies, and agency-specific operating procedures.
  • Attention to detail, data quality, and data integrity.
  • Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • BS/BA degree highly preferred.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain the government-required security clearance.
