YRCI is seeking full-time HR Specialists to support our HR Remote Operations Center (HRROC™), located in Fairfax, VA. YRCI’s HRROC™ is a Shared Service Center that supports multiple Federal agencies and offers a friendly, collaborative team environment with access to training from industry experts!
Although the YRCI home office is located in Fairfax, VA, this position is fully remote.
- Submit HR related tickets and actions for classification, recruitment and processing.
- Support the hiring manager in the classification of Position Descriptions (PD).
- Assist the hiring manager in the development of job analyses prior to submission to HR for recruitment.
- Support the hiring manager in the strategic conversation to establish the most effective recruitment methods.
- Utilize HR systems to submit Personnel Action Request (PAR( actions to HR for processing.
- Track, collect, and develop data and information for one or more of the following areas:
- HR related data calls
- A-123 payroll audits
- HR related audits
- Performance appraisal audits
- Support onboarding and off boarding of employee’s activities such as:
- Ensuring paperwork is completed.
- Entering employees into Employee Manager database.
- Assisting with badge appointments, network access, GFE issuance.
- Coordinating exit activities (badge collection, debriefings, CD-126).
- Must be a US Citizen
- Apply and interpret Federal HR laws, policies, and agency-specific operating procedures.
- Attention to detail, data quality, and data integrity.
- Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite.
- BS/BA degree highly preferred.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain the government-required security clearance.
