Job description

F.W. Webb, Northeast’s largest wholesale distributor of plumbing, heating, HVAC and industrial supplies is seeking a full-time Human Resources Assistant for its Corporate Office located in Bedford, MA. This position is in-office and reports to the HR Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Process and accurately enter new employee paperwork
• Processes employee changes
• Assists in ensuring the processing of new hires, temporary workers, transfers, promotions and terminations is accurate and timely
• Audits time and attendance for integrity.
• Communicate actively with IT to coordinate new hire set up
• Assist in recruiting functions, including weekly job postings
• Performs other duties as required and assigned.

Qualifications:

• Extremely high attention to detail
• Must maintain strong confidentiality rules and regulations
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office especially Excel
• Comfortable working in a team environment
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to multitask

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $50,000.00 per year

• 8 hour shift
