Job description
The Human Resources Assistant position requires that you provide Clerical Support in the diligence of data entry, reporting, and follow-up to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. and have a basic understanding of Windows-based or Macintosh operating systems.

- Must be able to maintain the highly confidential nature of administrative/human resources work
- Must be able to establish and maintain effective working relationships with supervising personnel, co-workers, and subordinates
- Have the ability to take sufficient notes at a meeting to prepare accurate records of events
- Write in a clear and concise manner
- Manage time effectively
- Solve problems or issues that may come up
- Remain alert at all times
- Adhere to policies and procedures

*This position has the potential to turn into a full-time position with some Call Center duties added. Candidates must be flexible to additional hours and roles as they become needed in the future.
