Knowledge, Qualifications and Skills
:

Required:
    • A Bachelors’ degree in Human Resources or related field

    • At least 5 years of progressive HR experience.
    • Understanding of federal and state employment laws, understanding of HR best practices.
    • Proficient in MS Office.
    • Able to prioritize tasks, and takes initiative
    • Strong problem solving and analytical skills
    • Attention to detail
    • Strong organizational skills
    • Solid written and verbal communication skills.
    • Thrive in a team environment
    • Be able to adapt to changes in a rapid work environment, manage competing demands
    • Able to maintain confidentiality.
Preferred:
  • Master’s Degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Working knowledge of French (bilingual)
  • Prior experience working in US non-profit projects and/or NGO

  • Medical, Dental, Vision, retirement and disability insurance

Location:
Remote work environment must have reliable internet connection and ability to hold confidential conversations. Preferably local to our office in Hallowell, ME

Job Type: This full-time, 40-hour per week position will be 8am-5pm. This position is eligible for MCD’s benefit package.
