Knowledge, Qualifications and Skills:
- A Bachelors’ degree in Human Resources or related field

At least 5 years of progressive HR experience.- Understanding of federal and state employment laws, understanding of HR best practices.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Able to prioritize tasks, and takes initiative
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
- Solid written and verbal communication skills.
- Thrive in a team environment
- Be able to adapt to changes in a rapid work environment, manage competing demands
- Able to maintain confidentiality.
- Master’s Degree in Human Resources or related field
- Working knowledge of French (bilingual)
- Prior experience working in US non-profit projects and/or NGO
Knowledge of:

Location: Remote work environment must have reliable internet connection and ability to hold confidential conversations. Preferably local to our office in Hallowell, ME
Job Type: This full-time, 40-hour per week position will be 8am-5pm. This position is eligible for MCD’s benefit package.
