Marine Accessories Corporation, (MAC) is seeking a strategic Human Resources Director to join our growing team as a business partner! Under the direction of the President of MAC and with support from the Patrick Industries Corporate Team, the HR Director will act a partner to leaders and HR teams across nine Business Units, located in five states (TN, GA, PA, TX, FL.)

MAC is the parent company of several industry-leading brands in the recreational boating industry that manufacture and distribute Marine products including custom tower and canvas products and other related accessories to OEM dealers, retailers and distributors as well as consumers. MAC is a subsidiary of Patrick Industries Inc. (NASDAQ: PATK).

Working closely with the MAC President and Patrick Industries HR Team, the Human Resources Director is responsible for providing new, creative ideas and influence to Leadership throughout MAC. Candidates should have the ability to successfully manage all components of the Human Resource generalist functions so they may help guide and support issues when they arise. Acting also as a strategic partner, they will be responsible for management platforms within their partner Business Units that include, but are not limited to: performance, talent management and workforce planning.

Other responsibilities include:

· Create, deliver and support programs and content for turnover reduction, talent development, talent management, engagement, and other like-trainings

· Provide solutions to employee issues

· Work closely with Leaders as a point of contact for Business Unit HR related issues and opportunities

· Administer employee benefit and 401k programs

· Implement HR systems upgrades and support future systems changes as needed

· Execute talent plans determined by executive leadership to include internal talent development

· Developmental coaching across the teams

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related discipline

· 7+ years of Human Resource generalist experience

· Must have proficient to advanced computer skills, with the ability to analyze data in Microsoft Excel

· Ability to overnight travel up to 15%

· Candidates must have a dynamic personality with the ability to work and communicate effectively with hourly employees to senior management

· Those with experience in manufacturing are highly desired

· Ability to bring strategic thought leadership while providing strong execution of detailed departmental functions

· Proven ability to create and sustain change

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· A high level of personal integrity (self-esteem, confidence, honesty, and respect) are necessary qualities

· The ability to produce innovative ideas and solutions to enhance the Business Unit’s daily functions

· Candidates must have strong accountability and follow-through skills

· Must be organized, detail-oriented, discrete, and possess the ability to manage confidential information while balancing multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
