The Sagamore Resort is seeking a Human Resources Director to join our team. The Human Resources Director oversees all areas of Human Resource administration including; employment, salary administration, employee relations, employee benefits, management and development/training. Provides advice and counsel on all laws affecting the operations in regards to employees by performing the Essential Duties and Responsibilities listed below to include the following. Maintains confidentiality in all communication.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following • Directs all recruiting and employment activities for management and hourly positions including H2B and J1 international recruiting • Conducts all required training activities for new hire orientation, workplace harassment, OSHA/safety training and any additional training as deemed necessary. • Stays abreast of all Federal & State laws and keeps management advised of changes which affect associates and operations • Participates in all corrective actions with associates and supervisors • Manages the FMLA and NYS Disability for all qualifying associates • Conducts any and all internal investigations as they pertain to any workplace harassment claims • Directs all housing activities • Other duties as assigned

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $89,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year

• Microsoft Office: 3 years (Required)

License/Certification:
