    HUMAN RESOURCES GENERALIST / OPERATIONS STAFF DEVELOPER
    Location: Human Resources
    Position: 12 Months 8 Hours FLSA Status: Non-Exempt 7
    Open Date: 8/29/2022 Closing Date: 10/17/2022
    Starting Pay: $19.00/hour

    Essential Job Functions:
    Under the direction of the Director of Human Resources, the Human Resources Generalist/Operations Staff Developer will create and monitor all job postings for administrative, certified, and operations staff utilizing AppliTrack, RIVS, and all social media outlets; support the overall mission of the district to support Goal 2 to ensure a diverse work force; update and/or assist in creating job descriptions for use in all postings; attract applicants by placing job advertisements using social media, contacting recruiters, using newsgroups and job sites; coordinate on-going training and personal development classes for operations staff members; coordinate the annual Operations Staff Conference in conjunction with OPLT; serves as district liaison to Kelly Educational Staffing (KES); and other duties as assigned.

    Qualifications:
    • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in human resources or business management
    • Previous administrative support experience is essential
    • Strong project management and organizational skills including experience arranging a large amount of documents
    • Ability to function in a multi-task, deadline-oriented environment with numerous interruptions
    • High proficiency in Google Workspace, Word, Excel, MUNIS, AESOP, and social media platforms (Twitter, Linkedin, etc.)
    • Experience with AppliTrack preferred
    • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
    • Knowledge of current regulations regarding hiring and EOE
    • Very strong oral and excellent written skills
    • Able to maintain confidentiality
    • Must be a team player
    • Ability to sit at a computer for long periods of time on a regular basis
    • Ability to move throughout all district buildings and locations
