The Bradley Center is a regional behavioral healthcare organization that provides a continuum of programs including residential treatment facility, outpatient clinic and a private academic school. Individuals and families come to the Bradley Center where they get the help they need to overcome trauma and rediscover hope. We are seeking a Human Resources Manager who can project a professional and positive image as a representative of The Bradley Center leadership team. The ideal candidate will possess thorough knowledge of human resource practices along with the ability to communicate and uphold The Bradley Center’s mission and vision to our employees.

Primary responsibilities include:


  • Consistent administration of company policies and procedures
  • Employee Relations and Personnel Management
  • Benefits Administration and Education
  • Manage FMLA and Workers Compensation process
  • Unemployment Benefits Administration
  • Compensation Program Administration
  • 401(k) Administration
  • Record Keeping

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Human Services or related field
  • Minimum 7 years Human Resources experience
  • SHRM Certification preferred
  • A solid understanding of general HR practices
  • Experience with Human Resources metrics
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Outlook; experience with Paycom is strongly preferred
  • Discretion and understanding of the sensitive nature of confidential employee information
