Job Summary
Develop, manage, and maintain a sound Human Resources program that supports the Bank’s strategy of rapid, scalable growth. Coordinates all areas of Human Resources including, but not limited to: recruitment, compensation, employee benefits and employee relations.
Job Accountabilities
· Recruiting activities, including onboarding and offboarding
· Benefits administration
· Compensation related activities, including payroll administration
· Performance management development and tracking
· Policy development and maintenance
· Employee relations, safety and welfare
· Regulatory compliance and liability risk management
· Human Resources reporting responsibilities
· Maintain knowledge of Federal, State and Local laws related to the Human Resources function
· Other duties as assigned
Job Qualifications
· Minimum Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent. Bachelor’s Degree and/or HR Certification (SHRM or PHR) preferred.
· Minimum Experience: Five years of experience in Human Resources

Pay: From $70,000.00 per year
