Primary Duties

• Overseeing daily activities of residential clients.
• Record information into the electronic health record system.
• Facilitates observation and monitoring of daily activities for the residential clients.
• Assist with incoming phone calls.
• Facilitates daily living and problem-solving skills throughout the clients stay in the program.
• Prepare incoming labs for review by the medical practitioner.
• Take and record health vital signs into the individual’s electronic health record.
• Monitors medications for the appropriate refill schedule.
• Performs other reasonable and related duties.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Valid Florida driver’s license
• Ability to pass a Level 2 background screening.

Shift Availability:

• 1st shift (7:00am to 3:00pm)
• 2nd shift (3:00pm to 11:00pm) (shift differential pay)
• 3rd shift (11:00pm to 7:00am) (shift differential pay)
