We have a limited number of opportunities within some of the following areas, but not limited to:

CORPORATE STRATEGY/ DEVELOPMENT: Partner with senior leaders in evaluating potential M&A targets, through the application of strategic frameworks, modeling financial performance and valuation methodologies

FINANCIAL PLANNING & ANALYSIS: Leverage your understanding of revenue forecasting and cost trend benders to impact long-term financial plans and business results

HOME SOLUTIONS: Dive deep into Humana’s caregiver and clinical business areas by developing performance indicators that will increase the program's acceptance and member engagement

OPERATIONS: Our operations teams focus on creating simplified, consumer centric approaches to meet the needs of our individual and business customers. In this area of focus, you will work with cross-functional teams in addressing unique business challenges by identifying and transforming an end-to-end customer interfacing business process that positively impacts our customers.

Required Qualifications

  • Master’s degree (e.g. MBA, MPH, MHA)
  • You have a minimum of three years of work experience prior to beginning graduate school
  • Proven leadership experience
  • Be actively involved on-campus and/or in the community
  • Strong interpersonal and written/oral communication skills
  • Commitment to innovative thought, strategic thinking, and making a difference
  • Ability to work independently and in teams
