Advanced Air Systems is looking for a Project Coordinator to join their all-star team! The ideal candidate is someone who has a can-do attitude and is very customer service oriented. This person is also detail oriented and has can communicate with project managers about project needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate Purchase orders.
  • Assist project managers in the procurement stage of projects.
  • Process permits, communicate with building departments.
  • Keep record of daily activity logs for projects.
  • Process subcontracts, pay applications and invoices.
  • Monitor material reception.
  • Assist and keep record of all necessary project documentation.
  • Assist with commissioning, warranties and project closeouts.
  • Assist construction manager with any necessary project requirements.
  • Assist project manager with any necessary project requirements.

Skills, Experience, and Knowledge Required 

Education

  • High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

  • 1-4 years of experience

Skills & Requirements

  • Microsoft Office proficient
  • Ability to read and write in English
  • Detail Oriented
  • Minimum 18 years of age
  • Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record
  • Successful Pre-Employment Drug and Agility tests

Working Conditions | Environment | Special Requirements

  • Full time onsite
  • Ability to work in a safe professional manner adhering to all regulatory requirements including, OSHA, State and Federal regulations.
