Job description

Grady Management, one of the area's leading property management firms, is seeking an HVAC Technician for Belcrest Plaza Apartments, a 500+ unit apartment community in Hyattsville, MD. Position is also involved in some electrical, plumbing, light carpentry and appliance repair.

Job Requirements:

• The ability to troubleshoot HVAC systems.
• Working knowledge of day-to-day apartment community operations.
• Plumbing skills, minor electrical repair and appliance repair with at least one year experience in apartment maintenance.
• CFC Type II or Universal required.
• 410-A certification preferred.
• Some overtime hours are required for taking calls for emergency maintenance, including nights, weekends and on-call.
• Proactively fix and repair items as identified and as reported by residents.
• Other duties as assigned or requested.
